Welcome to Data Cable Installation (DCI). By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your use of our services and your relationship with Data Cable Installation.

1. Services Provided

We offer a wide range of cabling and networking services, including but not limited to:

• Data cabling installations
• Fibre optic cabling solutions
• Wireless and Wi-Fi surveys
• Mobile signal boosting
• IT hardware inspections

Our services are customised to meet your specific requirements as outlined in your service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
• Payment methods and schedules will be outlined in your service agreement.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Response and resolution times are defined according to your selected service plan.
• While we strive to meet all SLA commitments, delays caused by external factors beyond our control are excluded.

4. Confidentiality

• We adhere to strict confidentiality regarding all client data and project information.
• Sensitive information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

5. Liability

• DCI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

6. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
• All outstanding fees must be settled prior to termination.

7. Amendments to Terms

• DCI reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
• Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or written communication.

8. Force Majeure

• DCI shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or utility outages.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
