The Challenge
Westgrove Partners approached us through one of our partner channels. The firm had recently relocated to their new office space on the lower ground floor of a London office building.
Unfortunately, they discovered that their new location had poor mobile phone connectivity. After trying many different options and companies, Office Manager Phoebe Winder was fearful that even though the office location was great, they may have to relocate because of the poor signal even though they had just moved in. Luckily, we were able to help them out!
Our team carried out a bespoke survey and identified that Westgrove Partners needed a mobile signal booster with an internal antenna to suit their needs.
The Outcome

The staff are delighted to have a reliable signal throughout the entire office, kitchen and patio area. They no longer have to go outside to make calls or use their mobiles for business purposes; they can even have telephone meetings on their mobiles.
The installation was completed centrally in the office so that the entire office, kitchen and patio area as able to benefit from the mobile signal boosting. The mobile signal booster has greatly impacted productivity and morale within the company.
